Mediation and Conflict Resolution
Finding solutions without court costs
Mediation is a means of resolution that avoids court cost and time. With the help of a neutral third person, a party may reach a voluntary resolution of a dispute. This is a flexible and confidential process that aims to understand the interests of all parties involved. The solution to the dispute is decided by the parties involved, not the mediator.
Douglas McElvy was certified by the American Academy of Attorney Mediators in 1995. McElvy has successfully mediated numerous cases for over fifteen years dealing with practically every facet of litigation.
